What is blepharoplasty surgery? Is it possible to tighten the eyelids without surgery?

Essentially blepharoplasty is removing a fragment of the skin and partially removing or redistributing the intraorbital fat, however, under-the-the-skin supporting structure, muscle, ligaments stay weak. If no work is done to strengthen and train supporting structure, there will be nothing good, it is especially true for eyelids. With timely programs to strengthen tissues, and eliminate puffiness, we do not allow fluid to accumulate, and nothing is stretched in the area around the eyes or eyelids itself. Most importantly, we work with the muscle, strengthen the musculo-ligamentous framework, and when the muscle is in good shape, the subcutaneous fat will not slide down and the hernia sacs will not form, so blepharoplasty may be avoided.
