Warranty:

Each device has a unique number and a warranty book to insure proper warranty procedures, the warranty is 12 months from the date of sale, repairs during the warranty period are carried out at the manufacturing enterprise, the cost of postal services, couriers and other overhead costs associated with warranty are paid by the buyer.

For initial assessment we may ask to record a video about the issue with product.

Attachments, unit, cables and other parts do not qualify for warranty if dropped, disassembled, have dents, scratches or other marks of tampering, if used for purposes others then stated in manual, other operating condition were violated.

Warranty applies only in case: all labels and factory markings are saved.

Warranty repairs are carried out only if there is a conclusion from the manufacturer that the operating conditions were not violated and products were not tampered with.

Warranty repairs are carried out only if hygienic state of the product is satisfactory otherwise cleaning and disinfection charges will be applied

The funds spent on the delivery of goods are not returned, the cost of postal services, couriers and other overhead costs associated with warranty are paid by the buyer.

Post warranty repairs:

Post warranty repairs are carried out at the manufacturing enterprise and are subject to repair charges. Cost of repair is dependent on type issue with product.  

Please, do not disassemble or repair your product at general repair shops.
