Delivery:

We offer worldwide shipping with trusted delivery service providers such as EMS, USPS, DEUTSCHE POST, DHL, and more. For orders totaling 330 USD or more, delivery is FREE. Every order is shipped with an international tracking number and requires a signature upon delivery. You'll receive a tracking link once the shipment is dispatched. We strive to ensure the best and fastest delivery, but we're unable to specify an exact delivery date due to various postal services and customs processes beyond our control.

Please note, given the ongoing pandemic, delivery times might be extended as global post offices prioritize essential goods. Your patience is appreciated.

After payment, please allow up to 7 (seven) working days for order processing and shipment.

Typically, delivery takes around 21 working days. However, this timeframe may vary based on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Payment:

Payments are processed through payment gateway offered on our webpage, it may be credit card or invoice payment, all prices are in US dollars

All payment gateways used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Please note! Due to the current circumstances, international banks have raised transaction fees for payments to Ukraine, this fee can be up to 10% of payment amount. Importantly, this takes place on the bank side of card issuer. There is no additional fees we or our payment gate apply to international transactions.
